Is anyone on this forum a member?

If so, are you finding it worthwhile/finding good deals you
wouldn't find elsewhere?

We are looking for a multi-unit property, $100k or under
in the South Pittsburgh area. Would you recommend this
site for this purpose?

Can I give you a call to discuss?

Hi Emilie,

Loopnet has been good for finding commercial and bigger multi family deals. I like to search properties all over the US and that site is good for that. We do have a couple multi family properties south and southeast of Pittsburgh under $100k. You can check them out here: ... se/10.html
or see them all at

Thanks for the replies:

My name is Nick Bachofsky and I am property manager for Win Realty PA, LLC in Irwin. I manage 134 rental properties for various landlords and investors. One of my clients has a duplex in Beechview (1203 Beechview Ave) that he is looking to sell. It needs no work. The first floor is rented at $450 per month and the second floor just became available, he was getting $550 for it. He just installed brand new windows in the entire house, the roof was done recently, and all the other mechanicals have been updated within the last few years. If you would be interested in looking at the place please let me know. He would prefer to do a private sale and not list with a realtor, saving buyer and seller thousands. Thank you!
