I highly recommend my RE Agent - Nancy Worst (412-977-4701).
She has given us the time and attention we needed, even with the
very low priced properties.

Nancy was also the one who suggested Northwest Bank for financing,
and I've certainly gotten the best deals with them after shopping
around extensively for financing. I work with Patty Lewin in the Mt.
Oliver branch: 412-431-3374. For commercial loans/refinancing:
Ed Wieldus: 412-734-2700.

Good luck, let me know if either of the above work out for you and
please do let them know I referred you.

Emilie,

Would you say Northwest Bank is an investor friendly bank?

I would, though you get much better terms if you own the property in your own name rather than a corp.

Would you know if they are comfortable making smaller loans (30-40k) rather than 100k+ loans?

I am under the impression that you often deal with them, numerous loans made, etc. correct me if I am wrong.

Yes, they do smaller loans, but it would depend on your situation.
Give them a call for details on terms, rates, etc.
