I am looking for some information about lease to own options, we would like to do a lease to own on a property we currently own but have never did much research on the subjet. The property is a mixed use property with the current tenant on the first floor looking to do a lease to own. Thanks for the help.

Are you an ACRE member? Brad Dornish, the resident attorney
at ACRE has a course called "Seller Financing Methods for Real
Estate Investors". It includes various options for seller financing,
including lease options, and all the legal forms that you will need.
I like using Brad's forms because he's an expert in real estate law
and he's local to PA.

You can get it from the ACRE website:
http://www.acrepgh.org/clubportal/cart/ ... econdary=0

Also, Steve Powanda has a course on Lease Options. Steve is the
Vice President of ACRE and a long time investor, whose advice I
trust and rely on. While Brad will give you the legal perspective, Steve
discusses the practical side, reflecting his many years of experience
in the business.

It's also in the ACRE store:
http://www.acrepgh.org/clubportal/cart/ ... ptID=14338

These courses are relatively inexpensive, and you can talk to both Brad and
Steve at the ACRE meetings if you have questions.

Good luck with the transaction!

Emilie

Thanks for the info. I am an ACRE member, Brad is currently working on another issue for me, I figured I would pick up his course next time I saw him, but wanted to get a head start.

Thanks
Dan
