Post subject:  Seeking experienced mentor

I'm looking for some help and guidance from an experienced real estate investor, in exchange for a percentage of the profits on my deals.

I can also offer the following in exchange for mentoring:

- Graphic design
- Web design and maintenace
- Administrative support

Currently, my main priority is cashflow via rentals or lease options, though I would like to do some wholesaling to raise cash to buy properties.

I'd like help with:

- Evaluating deals
- Exit strategies
- Raising cash to buy properties
- Putting the deals together
- Creative financing

Please send me a private email at

Hello all,

I am currently in the military and will be getting out at the end of April. I will be moving back to Pittsburgh at that time. I have always been into real estate investing. I have read several books and have done a lot of online research but I don't have any "real" experience. The only experience I have is that I bought a house in Kentucky and did some work while I lived there and made a decent amount of money. I really would like to be walked through the process of "flipping" a house. I am also interested in rental property investments. :)

I have been teaching and working with investors for more than 2 years. I am also a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams. This gives me the ability to help you with your deals starting with the day you look at the property. To schedule a time to talk email me at or call me at 412-554-5549.
